Pathways To a Master’s Degree
Learners who successfully earn the MicroMasters® Program Credential in Supply Chain Management are eligible to apply to SCM Blended Master's Programs within the MIT SCALE Network and other universities around the world.
MIT Global SCALE Network
Combine your MicroMasters program credential with on-campus work at MIT – or at an MIT SCALE Network center in Spain – to earn a Master of Applied Science or Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management degree. Learners who successfully earn the MicroMasters program credential and meet other admissions criteria are eligible to apply to the Blended SCM Master’s programs at MIT and/or ZLC with a single application form, and no GMAT or GRE score is required. MIT Pathway Universities
Learners may also be eligible to apply to a number of partner institutions across the globe to pursue a full Master’s degree. Below is a list of these universities and information on the amount of credit offered:
Arizona State University (USA) – Master of Science in Supply Chain Management
Arizona State University will offer the credential holders of the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 12 credits of the total graduate credits required to complete the Master of Science in Supply Chain Management.
Bethel University (St. Paul, MN, USA) – Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bethel University will offer those who have earned the MicroMasters program credential in Supply Chain Management 12 credits in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program if they are accepted for admission. Your MicroMasters credential is valid for five years upon your application to Bethel.
If you would like to apply to Bethel before the completion of the MicroMasters program, Bethel will still consider your application.
Covenant University (Nigeria) – Master of Business Administration
Covenant University will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 6 credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the master’s degree in Business Administration. Your MicroMasters credential is valid for five years upon your application to Covenant.
Curtin University (Australia) – Master of Commerce (Supply Chain Management)
The MicroMasters program credential in Supply Chain Management can be applied to both the Master of Commerce (Supply Chain Management) at Curtin University, and in both cases, students will be eligible for Credit for Recognized Learning.
Deakin offers credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management four units’ specified credit towards the completion of these two Master’s degree programs: Master of Information Systems and Master of Business Analytics.
Doane University (USA) – Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
Upon acceptance into Doane's MBA program, the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management will satisfy the emphasis area and the student will only need to take 21 credit hours to complete their Master of Business Administration degree.
Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (Germany)
Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 25 credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the Master’s degree programs respectively in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Business Administration and Engineering (M.Sc.) and Business Management - Supply Chain Management, Logistik und Produktion (M.A.).
DHBW will consider your admission if you apply before completing the MicroMasters program.
Duquesne University (USA) – MS in Supply Chain Management
Duquesne University will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 6 out of the total credit requirement towards the completion of MS-SCM.
Universidad EAN will offer the credential holders of the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning:
- 15 credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the Master’s in Supply Chain Management (Online)
- 16 credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the Master's in Processes Engineering
In addition, all the rest of the master’s degree programs at EAN will grant at least 9 credits out of the total graduate credits to the SCM MicroMasters program credential holders.
Galileo University (Guatemala) – Master in Operations Management
Universidad Galileo (UGAL) offers the credential holders of the MicroMasters program credential in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning up to 50% of the total credit hours towards the completion of Galileo’s Master in Operations Management (part of UGAL postgraduate programs in Operations Research). Your MicroMasters credential is valid for two years upon your application to Galileo.
Griffith University (Australia) - Masters of Business, SCM
Griffith Business School offers the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning up to 16% of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the master’s degree in Master of Business program.
Harvard Extension School (USA) – Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Extension Studies
Harvard Extension School (HES) offers the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 16 of the total graduate credits towards the ALM in the field of management or sustainability. Your MicroMasters credential is valid for three years upon your application to HES.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 9 credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the MSc/PgD in Global Supply Chain Management.
Johannesburg Business School (South Africa) – Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Johannesburg Business School (JBS) of the University of Johannesburg will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning up to 30 credits out of the total credits requirement towards the completion of MBA.
Laweh Open University College (Ghana) – MBA Procurement and Supply Chain Management program
Laweh Open University will offer the credential holders of the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 40 credits out of the total credits towards the completion of the MBA Procurement and Supply Chain Management program.
Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP) will offer the credential holders of the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 15 credits of the total graduate credits required to complete the Master of Engineering and Management of Supply Chains.
Porto Business School (Portugal)
Porto Business School will offer the credential holders of the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning:
- 20 ECTS credits out of the total credits requirement towards the completion of the Digital MBA program
- 20 ECTS credits out of the total credits requirement towards the completion of the Executive MBA program
- 15.5 ETCS credits out of the total credits requirement towards the completion of the International MBA program.
Purdue University (USA) - Master of Science in Global Supply Chain Management
Krannert School of Management at Purdue University offers the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning up to 10 credit hours towards the completion of Purdue’s in-resident or online Master’s Degree in Global Supply Chain Management.
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (India) – Master of Business Administration
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 12 credits of the total required credits towards the completion of the MBA.
Reykjavík University (Iceland)
Reykjavík University School of Business offers the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 26 ECTS credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the following Master’s programs:

Riga Business School (Latvia) – MBA Program
Riga Business School at Riga Technical University will offer the credential holders from the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management 24 ECTS towards the completion of the MBA program.
Rochester Institute of Technology (USA) – Master’s Program in Professional Studies
The Master’s Program in Professional Studies allows learners the opportunity to draw on courses offered across RIT graduate programs. Learners who hold the MicroMasters program credential in Supply Chain Management may apply any time during the year and upon acceptance, will be awarded 12 credit hours of the total required for the degree.
Royal Roads University (Canada)
The School of Business at Royal Roads University (RRU) will offer credential holders of the MITx MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning nine of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the following Master's programs:

Sasin School of Management - Chulalongkorn University (Thailand) – Master of Business Administration
Sasin School of Management will offer the credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 6 credits of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the Sasin MBA.
University of Queensland (Australia) – Master of Business
The University of Queensland (UQ) accepts the MicroMasters program credential in Supply Chain Management for credit towards the 1.5-year or 2-year Master of Business (MBus) degree programs. The credential does not guarantee admission to the UQ Master of Business, UQ’s usual application process applies.
Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) – Industrial Engineering Graduate Program
UFRGS offers credential holders of the MicroMasters program in Supply Chain Management the possibility of earning 12 of the total graduate credits towards the completion of the Industrial Engineering Graduate program.
